Experience: Special Assistant to Vice President for Outreach Programs, University of California Office of the President; Director, Early Academic Outreach Program, UC Davis; Special Assistant to the Speaker and Director of Community Outreach for CA State Assembly; Executive Assistant, Democratic National Committee, Washington, DC

As Director of California GEAR UP, Ms. Davis is a Member of the California Superintendent's  P-16 Council and Chair of the  California Middle Grades Alliance; serves on the ACT Advisory Council, the National Forum to Accelerate Middle Grades Reform Board and the National Council for Community and Education Partnerships Advisory Commission.
